Motivational Maps®
Performance depends on the right direction, the appropriate skills and massive amounts of motivation. As Licenced Practitioners of Motivational Maps for individuals and teams, we can help you understand your key motivators, and your current levels of motivation.
In turn we can then help you look at how you might take action to increase your motivation levels and that of your team, where it really matters and will have the greatest impact on wellbeing and productivity.
Insights Discovery ®
Insights Discovery provides a foundation of self-awareness for people to be successful at whatever they do; whether that’s developing themselves, working as an effective team, or leading others with authenticity.
As Licenced Practitioners of this tool, working with individuals and teams we help people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace. The Insights Discovery methodology uses a simple and memorable four colour model to help people understand their style, strengths and value they bring to a team.

Development opportunities
‘Lead and Grow’ and other tailored programmes
Our ‘Lead and Grow’ Programme supports people in, or aspiring to be in, leadership roles in the not-for-profit sector.
We aim to provide these as funded opportunities for those working in small charities/social enterprise, as well as for groups of women. We also facilitate tailored development programmes for groups of people where there is a shared need or goal. Programmes support the personal development of individuals and create opportunity for connection with others. Most often these programmes are provided through grant funding.
Workshops and events
We host and coordinate a range of affordable or funded development sessions, training events, and workshops throughout the year.
Opportunities are focused on key aspects of personal and professional development, as identified by the people we work with. In the past this has included areas such as Self-branding, Imposter Syndrome, and Authentic Leadership.
